Personalized Workout Programs: No Templates, No Guesswork
Walking into the gym without a plan is how people spend years training without changing. You do what you feel like, chase a pump, and leave. It feels productive, but your body has no reason to adapt.
An Dante Johnson training program tells you exactly what to do every session: which exercises, how many sets and reps, how hard to push, and how to progress next week. Written for you, adjusted for you, and built to make you grow.

How I coach
- Step 01
Training
Progressive overload every week. You lift a little more or move a little better, and I track every set.

Recovery
Muscle grows when you recover. Rest days, deloads and volume are planned, never left to chance.
Note: VOLUME MANAGED
- Step 03
Nutrition
Calories and macros set for your goal, then adjusted every week from your real data.
Note: MACROS / DAILY
- Step 04
Hydration
Water and electrolytes matched to your training so you perform and recover at your best.
Note: TARGET / DAILY
- Step 05
Cardio
Steps and cardio dosed to support fat loss and heart health without eating into your gains.
Note: STEPS + ZONE 2
- Step 06
Lifestyle
Sleep, stress and schedule built into the plan. Habits you can keep for life, no crash diets.
Note: SUSTAINABLE
Why templates stop working
Free programs and copied splits aren't useless. They're just not written for you. They don't know your training age, your recovery, your leverages, your injuries, or how many days you can really get to the gym.
So people either do too much and burn out, or do too little and stall. A custom workout plan removes that guesswork. Volume, intensity, and frequency are set to what you can recover from and progress on, then adjusted as you adapt.
What goes into your program
Your schedule and equipment
Three days a week or six, full commercial gym or a home setup with dumbbells. Your program is built around what you have, so you never have to improvise.
Exercise selection that fits your body
Not every lifter should squat the same way or bench with the same grip. I choose movements that load the target muscle well and that you can perform safely and consistently.
Progressive overload
Muscle grows when you give it a reason to. Your program has clear progression built in, whether that's adding weight, reps, or sets over time, so every week has a purpose.
Recovery and deloads
Training hard only works if you recover from it. Fatigue is managed with planned volume changes so you keep progressing without grinding yourself down.
A hypertrophy program designed for natural lifters
Natural lifters recover differently and build muscle more slowly than enhanced athletes, so copying their programs often backfires. Training for natural hypertrophy means quality volume, smart frequency, and consistent progression over months and years.
That's how I train, and it's how I program for clients. Whether your goal is natural muscle gain or keeping muscle during a fat loss phase, the training is built to fit.
- Most muscle groups trained with enough frequency to keep growing
- Effort targets so you know how close to failure to push
- Exercise notes and form cues for every movement
- Adjustments every week based on your logbook
Your gym workout plan evolves every week
You log your sessions and send them in with your weekly check-in. I review your numbers, how each exercise felt, and how you're recovering. If a lift is stuck, we change the approach. If something hurts, we swap it. If you're flying, we push harder.
This is the difference between following a program and being coached. The plan responds to you.
Training plus nutrition equals results
A great program can't outwork a bad diet. Every Dante Johnson client gets a custom meal plan alongside their training, so both sides of the equation point in the same direction.
Beginners get a foundation of technique and consistent progression. Experienced lifters get the variation and precision they need to break plateaus. Either way, you'll never walk into the gym wondering what to do again.
